Terms and Conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions and any other rules including any guidelines and future modifications posted on Mind Skribble, Inc. constitute a binding agreement between Mind Skribble, Inc. and you, the Consumer.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of the Terms at any time without further notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your binding acceptance of an agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms or any future revised Terms, do not use or access the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms that are subject to change and not limited to the Terms outlined herein.

Intellectual Property:

The trademarks, logos, trade dress, trade names and service marks displayed on the Site whether registered or unregistered, may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by Mind Skribble, Inc. that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the rights holders, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Mind Skribble, Inc.

All content, images, graphics, text, and illustrations, regarding Mind Skribble, Inc. itself are owned by Mind Skribble, Inc., with the exception of Angelus products that are in no way, shape or form affiliated with Mind Skribble, Inc.

Products and Shipping:

We only ship to the United States, and all sales on the Site that are shipped to an address within the United States are subject to Sales and Use Tax. The sales tax will vary depending on where the merchandise is shipped and will be calculated at checkout.  All products, content, prices, and specifications are subject to change without notice. All products are shipped professionally and with the utmost care within 3-7 business days unless an item is on backorder. Accordingly, Mind Skribble, Inc. is not responsible for how a customer's package arrives at said location of choice. In addition to damaged packages, Mind Skribble, Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages or orders placed in error.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind as all sales are final, and there are no exceptions. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that your cell phone, computer, or any other device will precisely display said colors or products as that is the customer's responsibility to select the best option for their purchase.

All transactions are subject to our policies, and the price of any product is the price listed at the date and time of your order as we do not offer price adjustments.  Please note, there are no exceptions, as we do not accept cash, checks or money orders and the customer must pay with a valid debit or credit card at the time of purchase via our online website.
